While honing his craft in France, Alexis gained confidence at the prestigious bar “Le Forum”, then offered position at the famous Parisian Bistro “Le Bristol” as Main Bartender. Winner of the Diageo World Class France competition in 2012, Alexis Taoufiq also holds today the highest reward of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) in the barman category.

Romaric is a passionate and skilled professional who is always looking for new challenges. He perfected his knowledge in many hospitality establishments like “Le Gabriel’’, a gourmet restaurant awarded by the Michelin Red Guide. He also worked at “Les Airelles”, a French luxury Hotel and more recently, in an unmissable spot: “Le Plateau Lounge” at the W Hotel. With a solid background as a host and a bartender, Romaric jumped into the great cocktail adventure that was to become “Le 4e mur”, a precursor of the “speakeasy” trend in Quebec.
